Twitter feed on Homepage

Hi 

I'd like to get a twitter feed somewhere on the homepage, but I can't quite work out how best to achieve this.
Any advice would be appreciated.

    To use twitter feed in your theme install Custom Twitter Feeds plugin from wordpress.org https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-twitter-feeds/ ;  and configure the plugin settings.
    Go to widgets area and drag Custom Twitter Feeds widget on the footer widget area.  
    Save and check.

    Thanks for your response! I would like the feed to feature a little more prominently, perhaps in place of one of the 3 news posts that appear on the page.
    Is this possible?

    For this, we have to customize the code. So creating a child theme refers to this link
    Ignore if you have already created the child theme.
    After it, creates a new file in the child theme with name index-news.php and edits it, then paste the code in it from this link https://pastebin.com/rimQDEXs
    And edit your shortcode in this file as like in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/m4sjg0
    Save the code and activate the child theme.
    Let me know did it work.

    Thanks for getting back to me and for your efforts with this.
    It hasn't worked, but I believe this may be because the code has been written for a different theme, and not ElitePress?
