How to change the BLOG (last news) general title and description

  To change the title and description  of banner  .

  Edit  the respective page and post  at the below of the window you will find fields to  add title and description text .

  Hello
  Thank you very much for your answer.
  However, it seems like not to be a great feature if we left the fields ( no check od the banner authorisation, Title, description) empty that a uncontrolable or unwanted  text  is displayed.
  If empty then or a default controlable values have to be displayed, or the title and description must disapear. 
  
  Currently, I will use the workaround to force a personnal text.
  
  You may close this ticket, but may be propose to dev team to take care of my remark ;-)
