Need advice with "Multilanguage"

in Appointment Theme
I added plugin "Multilanguage" and add it as widget on top of page. It
works ok, but I would like to decrease the height of this new top
header. How to decrease its padding or is any possibities to move this
widget to another place, except cases "slider top", "slider below",
"footer"?

    yes you can show widget in blow slider 

    Go to in your Wp dashboard >> appearance >> widget 

    Drag your widget in Right widget area below slider, Left widget area below slider, Center widget area below slider

    Thanks, but I already check it and my questions was different :)
    I will try to redefine it, how to decrease the height of "Top Header" ? See the attachment for details

    To reduce height of top header add this given css code in your theme custom css box 

    Appearance >> header settings >> custom css 

    .top-header-widget h3 {
    margin: 0px 0 0px;
    }
