Limit services on homepage

Hi, is it possible to limit the number of services that appear on the homepage, but still show all services on the services page?

To be specific, I want 6 services to show on the homepage services section, and all services on the services page.

To do so, you need to create a child theme, For creating a child theme refers this link .

Ignore if you have already created child theme. After it  Create a new file in the child theme with name  index-service.php  and edit it, then paste the code in it from

Save changes and activate your child theme..
