Good evening,

When I create a Project, it is not saving information from Project Details and Featured Project Details.

What is the procedure in this case?

I followed the steps in the link, but the Detais Project and Featured Project Details information is not yet saved on the WP page.

I fill in the fields, as shown in the 'image1' attachment, I click the Refresh button, the information I filled out is not saving, as shown in the 'image2' attachment.

Its really strange , Let us know which version of theme are you using . 

Our theme latest version is  version 2 .6. 7  . 

If you are using older version of theme kindly update theme with latest version . 

To update theme with latest  refer this link  .

If you already using latest version , kindly deactivate all plugin one by one and check your issue resolve or not . 

Bz it may be any plugin conflict with the theme .
