To put the information of contact like phone number, e-mail address or address using the widget WRB Contact Widget I have a question

I have to use one of this widget or I need to use three?

I want to do something like this(look the screenshot that I have attached)

Drag WBR: Header widget into Top header widget area like as in the screenshot
