TO download   and  install pro theme refer below link .

For your menu issue , Pls share your site url . Bz once we create page it automatically show  in menu bar . 

Also go to Appearance menu  and  set primary menu and  save menu .

TO remove  " No posts to show " text .

Add the below css code inside the custom css box . 

.post_message {

    display: none;

}
