Hi,
How can I make portfolio padding smaller so I can make both "service section" and "portfolio section" closer?

And is it impossible to increase number of showing portfolio from 3 to 4?

    We can make closer  service and portfolio section closer . 
    For this add the below css code inside the custom css box . 

    .portfolio-section {
        padding-top: 0px ! important;
    }
