Portfolio Project Feature Photo Has Shadows When using the WallStreet Template

My "feature photos" are showing up on the live website with some sort of shadow behind them. These are in the portfolio project templates of the Wallstreet theme. Here is a screenshot ...

For this add the below css code inside the Appearance >> Customizer >> Header setting >> Custom css box .

1. width: 100% ! important;

} 

And also for better image aspect ratio kindly upload 800 px width size image .

Thank you, things are looking much better on the site now. That change fixed the problems. I ave one other question. When featuring projects with the portfolio on the homepage, how can I change the background of the project area. Right now, it is a grey color, and I would like it to be white. You can see from this screenshot that the white background of the photos does not blend in with the grey background of the homepage.
