How is the overlay intensity adjusted for testimonial background images? It doesn't seem to follow the same conventions as that of .page-title-section & .callout-section.

    let me clear you want to change testmonial overlay background color 

    if yes then follow given instruction 


    go to in your theme customize panel >> header settings >> custom css 

    paste this css code in your custom css box

    .testimonial-section .overlay, .contact-detail-section .overlay{background:none repeat scroll 0 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.7) !important;}
